I did a VA Vintagers “Fun Shoot” Saturday in Mount Crawford Virginia . I took four Parker 10’s a DH 32” a Grade 2 hammer 32” a Grade 2 hammer 30” all three frames and a Grade 1 2 frame 30” . Wanted to try them all a bit before venturing north to the Koneski open . The group I was with don’t typically keep score  To each his own , I kept mine . The two 30” guns I’d never shot sporting with anyway I ended up with a 75 so for switching with no method to my madness I thought that not to terrible . All I might add are tight and tighter . Next weekend there’s a different Vintagers group shoot at Shady Grove in Remington VA think I’ll shoot the VH 20 32” or possibly the VHE vent rib trap 12 32”

Sounds like you were having fun with those Big 10's Craig!
I was assembling some 10 gauge shells over the weekend with the Koneski open in mind, I'm just never sure how many to bring:crying:
Soon it will be more Big 8 shells, just a darn pain that Mike is making us shoot 30 targets this year:rolleyes:
Oh well, it will be interesting, can not wait for the Friday evening meal

I’m gonna try and bring 300 or so 10’s this year , thought if my shoulder holds up I’ll shoot all four 10 gauge events and perhaps do the Grouse Walk thing with a Grade 1 top lever 10 gauge with the 26” factory set of barrels on . Think I have enough loaded for the 8 . Have plenty for the 12 events , doubt I shoot a 16 and don’t need but a couple hundred 20’s . So I pretty much keep that much of the 8 , 12 and 20 in the truck most times . I’ll see but I think if I load 200 10’s this week and next week I’ll be fine . I have eight 10’s out with thoughts of bringing I may lessen by a couple but who knows .
