I actually won this gun many years ago and now I am trying to figure out some of the numbers on it. The serial number is 27574 so approximately 1882.
Not sure what the rest of them mean. Grade, type of steel, Frame size or weight of barrels.
I am new here and I would appreciate any help.
Thanks.

It is not any relation to Parker Brothers guns which is the subject of this board.
That gun was not made in 1882. It is a modern firearm.

15.8 shown on both barrels which in MM = .622 inches. It looks as if GA for gauge is stamped after it in one place and above it in another. Twenty gauge is somewhere around .615 so my guess is a little bigger than what we know as .615 for a 20. The 76 MM would equal 2.992 inches so again it probably means 3" chambers. Have the chambers, chokes, and bores measured to see what you have.
The one star on the left barrel may indicate Full, and the three stars on the right may indicate Improved Cylinder. Obviously with a serial number on the flats.

Yes, it is Spanish

The date of proof code is R1 = 1973
1350 gms is the barrel weight
I can't see the proof - likely 1000 kg/cm2 for a service load of about 10,500 psi
It was by Industrias Marixa Armas (IMA).

Drew,
I'm betting since there are only one set of numbers for the bore diameter and they are both the same that the stars indicate the choke. Otherwise the bore diameter would indicate cylinder and cylinder, which I would not think so in a 3" gun.

I agree Jerry.
Parker Ballard was an importer in Wilmington, Delaware in the 1960's -70's.
