I have been meaning to post pictures of this Parker. I finally had a chance to shoot this gun for the first time last weekend at the RI Parker shoot. I bought this back in the fall, it was a gamble with a few dents in the barrels and some well worn wood. I had to take a chance...it was a 32" 20 gauge after all! Here is a link to the original thread: https://parkerguns.org/forums/showthread.php?t=37575
The listing on GunBroker can no longer be accessed. I wish I would have taken some “before” pictures as the work on the gun has made it something I am very proud to own.
Breck Gorman fixed the dents and rust blued the barrels and Brian Dudley refinished the stock. I could not be happier with the way it turned out.
The gun shot very well. It is choked M-IM/F. It’s on an 0 frame with 2 ¾” chambers and weighs 6lbs 9oz. and a 14 ¼ LOP.
This is such a great Parker now.

That is a beautiful gun - it must really reach out for a 20! Just curious, with those dimensions, does it have any counterbalance in the stock?

Great gun Jay! Just be watchful, the Indiana Cartel just might try to make you “an offer you can’t refuse”!!:eek:

I don't think any weight was added to the stock, as it seems light to me for the barrel length. It balances very well and throws to the shoulder perfectly.
I'll post some better pictures of the butt of the stock. There are two circles where I assume some material was removed to balance the gun, though it looks factory and like other D grade and higher guns I have.
I need to get out with her again, it's been a week since I have shot that DHE....
