Help identify Old Parker 12G Double Barrel

I have this Old 12G double barrel shotgun. Need help identify it.
Not sure of the serial number. it may be 953 or 11 953. I think it is pre.1874
Any help will be appreciated. Value?

Not a Parker Bros. manufactured shotgun, probably from Belgium and trying to capitalize on the Parker name--there are alot of these.
