Sporting clays Sunday mornings are always big fun for us in Upstate New York.

We shoot the winter months and use the meetings to rotate through our gun collections - We have a show and tell afterwards while sharing snacks and drinks.

This week we had the usual cast of characters show up. Guns carried and displayed include 4 Parkers, 3 Fox, 1 Lefever (with very tasteful gold added) and well.........

Just when I thought I had seen it all.......Your Parker Story author and soon to be Hall of Fame inductee graced us with his high grade european plastic canoe paddle :rotf::rotf::rotf:

Likely a Tactical Parker for the Black Rifle crowd. It should do well in 3-Gun.

OK, Mark, we've seen the arresting image. What's the rest of the story? Interrogatories surely ensued.

Oh yes Russel, You can be sure the appropriate amount of sarcasm and ribbing was conveyed directly!!

You need to have some "hard bark" on you to hang around our group shooting a plastic gun.

He took it well.

Here is a pic of Our Friend with on a more "refined" Sunday!

For those still shaken by the events shown above, I have relief!
Louis is back from the dark side! The canoe paddle is back in the closet!
He shot his "new to Him" Presentation & Exposition Bernard barreled CH this week - and he shot it quite well!
The Hall Of Fame Presentation will go on after all :rotf::rotf::rotf:

Bobby,
I was mounting the gun. My cheek was getting there. The other two were puckered due to the cold. Thanks for a wonderful gun.
