I purchased a circa 1953 Winchester Model 21 Trap grade and sent it to Connecticut Shotgun to repair the hinge pin, locking bolt, and a few other cosmetic problems caused by careless gun smithing.

The team did a wonderful job making the gun right again and good as new - plus it was returned ahead of schedule.

If you guys have repair work requiring the pride of workmanship that you’d get from Winchester for a gun of this quality, then this shop can deliver.

Thanks very much. I wasn't aware CSMC would service guns they didn't sell themselves. Good to know!

Ditto. Maybe because it is a 21.

Yes, CSMC is essentially the “factory” repair center for model 21s.

I had a warranty issue with an early RBL. Was handled quickly, and professionally

My wife had a wonderful experience with Tony when he built her Inverness. It is an exceptional gun.

I'm somewhat surprised to hear that, as most of what I've heard lately has been negative. None of them my guns, but a Superbird that took a year and a half for delivery (and then delivered to wrong specs) and a vintage Fox repair that had to be sent to another smith for repair of the triggers. And finally a local club member who couldn't get them to return a call about a stock job.

I called to ask about one type of recoil pad they make and was somewhat offended when they laughed and told me I wouldnt be able to actually fit it to a parker. "good luck" they said. Customer service didnt seem important but maybe thats changed.
