Early this summer I discovered that SP-10 wads were sometimes listed on a reloading site. After contacting this small business, they indicated they still had a full case of these wads. These were the only wads in stock.
After buying some, I offered to place that info on line but they requested I not do that- they were not equipped to handle the phone calls / e-mails.
By late September they sold out of these wads.
I believe there are still SP 10 wads on shelves in gun shops somewhere.

If they were in WI I know where a good many ended up
I'm well aware the 10 gauge isn't as fashionable to shoot as say a 28 or 20 but I damn sure enjoy shooting my 10's . Granted I very rarely load 1 1/2 ounces but the majority of my loads are 1 1/4 ounces and a fair amount of 1 1/8 ounces .

I'm with you Craig. The majority of my 10g loads are 1 1/4 oz and they are no snottier than any 2 3/4 dr factory 12g at 1200 FPS or less.

The only birdshot loads I made that were 1 1/2 ounces were to pattern for Turkey . Now my buckshot and or slug loads might get up to 1 3/4 ounces but I shoot so few of them to me it’s inconsequential .

Even the 10 gauge bismuth I load is only 1 1/4 ounces weighed . And they will bring geese down .
