In the past the PGCA has manned a few tables at this show. I am unable to attend this event and as of now I have not been successful in locating anyone who has plans to attend and is also willing to set up the tent area. If anyone would be willing to take this on please PM me or call me (812-584-1021) and we can discuss what is involved. I will need to ship whomever a few items such as table cloths, banner, and a few gun holders so time is short. If someone is willing we can solicit some display guns on short notice. The PGCA needs your support. :)

Randy I will volunteer to do the table. I can be present Thursday late morning until Saturday at noon. I can bring my own guns to keep it simple. If you could make sure the Parker and Fox booths are together that will make my life easier. Pm me and I will let you know my address for the table coverings and vendor parking pass. Craig

Craig has graciously taken on the PGCA tables and tent display at the Vintagers. For those of you attending this event it would be most appreciated and helpful if you would consider bringing along a display gun. No themes or criteria to meet, any Parker, any gauge, any condition, the doors are wide open. Please let us know if you have something. Thanks for your support of the PGCA and many thanks to Craig for taking this on.

A few more from today, beautiful weather. Parker won the Fox Parker challenge by two birds.

It is perfect Craig,

Upper 50’s overnight and then maybe 75 degrees throughout the day, doesn’t get much better.

It was a very nice weekend but attendance seemed down from last year. I enjoyed myself and got to visit with many old friends and met some newer members. There was plenty of Parker eye candy on sale but the vendor numbers were limited which I understand with the costs of travel etc. It's hard for the small dealers to participate given the potential return on investment. Next year a new location is planned that hopefully will boost attendance and participation. New association sponsered shooting events would help invigorate the events in my opinion. I believe many have tired of the same old format. Maybe the collector organizations should consider having a shooting director to plan some member events similar to the Fox small bore event.
