Do you need an original set or will Galazan's be OK?

I was hoping for a "fixer upper" set ....money is scarce with two small one's;),and I don't mind doing the work polishing ,relaying rib's and blueing....but in the mean time what are a set of Mr.Galazan's going for ?

Thank's so much for your time ,
Chris

As I recall, they were something like $1800 plus fitting.

Chris: You can get an entire gun with fixer-upper barrels for less than a new set of Galazan"s or Simmons. Check it out.

Chris, you may wait years to find something cheaper. If you were to buy a complete gun such as the example shown by "Limapapa" you could sell the remaining parts thereby reducing your cost for the barrels.

You are not looking past the current bid. The reserve is at least $3000 on this VHE.

Unfortunately, the GB gun has unacceptable barrels. Everything else probably works.

Thank-you fella's for all the help in this matter, unfortunately I'm not interested in bringing a full gun into Canada,it's just too tangley for me right now...if someone had bought a part's gun and was interested in parting out the barrel's that would be easier for me as barrel's are apparently no trouble to ship.

they would have to be fluid steel , 16 bore, #1 frame, extractor's

You guy's are a credit ,all the best

Chris
