I want to thank John Dunkle for adding the Parker Pages archives to this website. This has been a while in the works as there was much discussion between Randy Roberts, Brandon at Village Press, Mike McKinney, John D and myself, along with some additional talk with several BOD members. We hope that you find the archives a useful tool while collecting and researching Parker guns and also that you enjoy looking back on issues including members who are no longer with us and you remember them fondly.

With that said, please feel free to walk around the archive!! :)

Thanks so much Mike and all.... I really appreciate it!

When the BOD asked if this was possible - I took a pretty big gulp of "fake courage" and said something like "Ahh - sure... I can do that..."..

It's taken a while, and I'm still staging some of the years - so that might be a bit as I continue to work out a few wrinkles in PDF structures, and getting them compatible with your tablet, phones, desktop and laptops across all operating systems, browsers and devices... My intent was to have them open as a native PDF in a browser - and if saved locally - would open with all the features such as pinch-to-zoom, column scrolling, etc...

Anyway - a huge Thank You to Robin Lewis, who did the initial work on the original early conversions which gave me a whole lot to work with from a RAW PDF structure - and to the Members of the BOD who pushed this to make it happen - specifically - Mike K., Randy R., Mike M....

Anywho - enjoy!

John D.

Thanks to all! Another reason this association is so great and more than worth the cost of membership.

Does this mean I get some of my space back?

Sorry Jimmy, but the archive doesn’t do away with the hard copies. Looks like it’s time for a new storage facility! 😱

Jimmy, just as a matter of curiosity about how many issues do you mail out on a monthly basis, or annually?

It reminds me of the Parker Records Archives at the "Arms" at Ilion.

I tried to download a few issues and the pdf files download very slow for me, anyone else having the same issue.

I tried to download a few issues and the pdf files download very slow for me, anyone else having the same issue.

My downloads were pretty slow, but I expected that since the files were so large.

Hi Craig,

It depends on your Internet connection. Watching a movie/TV, downloading an update, have your e-mail open and what else is happening on your shared Internet connection? And your ISP connection - depending on how they allocate bandwidth.

On my phone, with a 4G connection - the downloads take anywhere between 5 seconds and 30 seconds - depending on my connection speed and the size of the issue I'm trying to download.
