16 gauge paper hill load data

Folks , I was given a 500 round case of federal 16 gauge paper hull skeet loads from 1970. I plan to shoot it up on the skeet range in the next few weeks.

I’d like to reload them with a 7/8-1 oz load but I’m unable to find any load data for these cases, if anyone has a recipe I’m all ears!!
