Correct pad?

Guys I have a 1919 PHE that came with a red pad (I assume) it has one now. What brand would it take? Someone installed a NoShock on it and did a horrific job. I'm just trying to correct it. Photos and the story behind this gun can be found below. Any help would be appreciated.
