Electronic Research letter link

There used to be a link around here somewhere for ordering research letters via email and paypal. I ordered some research letters that way before but I can't find the link to pay via Paypal and searching the forum isn't turning anything up for me. Is it still possible to order electronically? i don't have a check book to do it the old way
