I’d just been using RD for light 10 and regular 12 loads . Now that all my 4756 is in 16 gauge hulls I’m going to press RD into being used for 16’s now . Got a new 8 pounder at home and this somewhat older 12 pound keg that found its way to me right after the spring Southern .

Craig, I have an ancient can just like yours, works great in 45 ACP.

I’ve disposed of 3 or the 5 1911 45’s I had this year . And probably have enough loaded for the remaining two . But thanks for the info !

I use those old 12 pound cans for shelf supports in my toy room. They are probably valuable collectors items. I don't think I have ever thrown one away. How many do I have? Don't know. I threw away all of my empty cardboard Red Dot 15 pounders. I hope they aren't collector's items.

I’ve still got a few of the old Winchester cardboard 10 pound drums they used to put 452AA and 473AA in . Each year in late December or early January id go visit Jim Tyrell at Fairfax Rod and Gun pick up a 10 of 452AA a ten of 473AA an 8 of 540 and every other year an 8 of 296 .
