Am in the process of loading some 8 gauge 1 3/4 ounce loads for Koneski’s. Last week I traded a friend four bags of magnum shot for 100 pounds of copper plated #7 1/2’s .

A hundred 1 3/4 ounces of copper plated 7 1/2’s pushed with Universal Clays :whistle:

Loaded up twenty with the Gualandi wad 2 ounces of copper 7 1/2’s and pushed with SR4756 .

They'll tighten the patterns a skoosh not that it's needed , but they look kinda neat I think .
That 2 ounce load is kinda what Armbrust has in his book just an 1/8 ounce less shot and 2 grains less powder . I'll see how those do at flying stuff and if they don't kill at both ends I'll load up half a dozen with 6's and half dozen with 4's in case a poor unsuspecting turkey strolls by :whistle:

Supposedly a bit harder than plain magnum shot . I used to load copper plated 7 1/2’s years ago for grouse .
