my sister-in-law is down-sizing and I came home with a couple boxes of treasures, among them...

this ice bucket with a quail on top, which I've coveted forever (needs a bit of polish!)...

Yeah Dean; a real mixed bag! One side has a a brace of grouse, a pheasant and a rabbit (hare?), the other a grouse, a goose, a fox, and a couple of long billed birds; snipe maybe? And then there's that handle...a whippet I think, or maybe a greyhound? The pitcher is unmarked, so...

My father's hunting and fishing buddy had one in his home's living room. I was impressed with the speed registered on it of a Canvasback....70 m.p.h. as best as I recall.
