Did anybody get a good close up picture of the guns on the table and the gun that won? Also: Does anybody have any info on the winner? (20ga-28ga-skeet etc.?)

Yes, it would be nice to at least see pictures of the guns and any special displays of them.
Further, did anybody take pictures of the guns and things on display in the PGCA booth at Ernie’s?
Further still, what was the award item that Mills received for the Charlie Price Literary Award?
Or do we have to wait for the Autumn 2021 Issue of Parker Pages to find out the answers to these questions?

I can answer two questions. 1) Mills did win the Charlie Price Literary Award. 2) Unless someone posts items here or writes an article with photos for the Fall issue only those in attendance will know what was there. Just sayin'.
In the above photo of the table of PCA guns, Russ' gun is the one on the left with the placard standing behind it.

I believe the display with the coat and pheasant tails was Randy Roberts BHE 20 gauge which was the runner up gun.

OK, I do know Russ had the placard with the photo of him, dog and gun. Thought the pheasant tail and vest was his too? Just shows Russ gun didn't need all that eye-candy to make the gun look nice. :rotf:
Beautiful display across the board. Very nice examples of the gunmaker's art.

Mike:
Those accoutrements were for another, and indeed very beautiful, gun.
My supporting items were the tent card; factory letter; hunting photo and caption (see all below). And I have no photos featuring my gun.
A VH winner? Too implausible.
Maybe we need a do-over.
It must have something to do with all Parker guns’ mechanicals being A-grade.

Thanks Russ! For me, I'll vote for the V grade or Trojan every time over the high grade guns. The high grade guns had been cared for over time but those Trojans and V grade were shot and shot and shot and shot. To have a lower grade gun in excellent condition is a testimony to the maker and the owners. BTW, you are 100% correct on the "innards" all being A grade.

Russell's very deserving gun. I have some other pictures that I plan to post in the next day or two. Problem is right now that I just got home earlier this afternoon and I have a few other pressing things to take care of but I will get them on the forum. Thanks for everyone who contributed with a display gun, it truly was a wonderful display.

Randy, your gun was darn nice too. They all were. Was it Josh who had the gun with rifle bbl inserts? That was unique. I wonder how many Parkers had rifle inserts fitted to them and who did the inserts? I don’t remember reading about them in TPS.

I believe that gun belongs to Mike Franzen. Thanks BTW.

What exactly was his award?
When I was awarded the CPLA I received a very nice pen and pencil desktop set along with the document attesting to the award.

There were some fine looking Parker’s on that table. They were all winners.
I would like to give a hearty Thumbs Up to Mike McKinney who made the bowls awarded to the top 3.
Every much the science and precision he puts into the bowls he makes, much like the Parker’s on display.
I got a very nice cherry salad bowl from Mike and gave it to my wife when I got home. She was delighted which pretty much assures me a 3 day Kitchen Pass at the next side by side event.
Well done ladies and gentlemen.
