Hello Everyone:

For those of you not familiar with the tent and table situation at Hausmanns Ernie has been kind enough in the past to afford the PGCA three 8' tables to be used as we see fit, of course he is willing to do so for the upcoming shoot. These tables are in a tent that generally houses the various shooting organizations in attendance although there have been vendors there at times as well.

The PGCA would like to invite all attendees to display their favorite Parker. The theme this year will be "TARGET GUNS". Things that come to mind are Pigeon, Single & Double Trap, and Skeet guns. There are most likely others that qualify as well, if you think it's a Target Gun then please do bring it. This is not a contest nor are there any prizes or bling. This is an attempt to put some of these fabulous Parkers out there for folks to see.

The tables will be set up with covers and there will be at least 2 gun racks available. The decision to leave or not leave guns on or under the table overnight will be the Owners decision. Please do consider bringing something along and either shoot me a PM or an email ( randy@hsiagency.com ) so that I can have some sort of an idea what to expect and can plan accordingly.

Looking forward to seeing everyone soon, it's gonna be fun !

Sincerely:
Randy Roberts

Back to the top one last time. Please do give this some consideration for those of you in attendance. Most of you have a target gun of some sort. :corn:
See you all there !

I will be bringing some of my Parker catalogs for display on the tables. They are duplicates of mine including the leather bound 1937 Parker/Remington salesman catalog. Great pictures in the 20x7 inch format. They will be on the table starting Saturday morning.

Thanks to everyone who participated and made their guns available for others to enjoy. We had ample guns and a variety of grades and gauges as well as other memorabilia.

Following are a few pics of the tent display described in the order they appear below:
1)Morris Bakers 28 gauges and the Parker/LCS trophy to remind those LCS boys that Parker has been victorious the last 4 events.
2)Top to bottom: Jeff Kuss 12G DH-Morris Baker 16G GH 32" Damascus-John Davis SA Trap-Morris Baker 12G Twist 36" !!- Unsure of the gun on the bottom. Send me a PM if you own it or know who/what it is and I will edit to add.
3)Another view of same table to include Jim Halls beautifully displayed DHE & GHE 12G vent rib guns.
4)Chuck Bishop SC Trap-Randy Roberts G2 12G Hammer-Chuck Bishop GH 28G-Unsure of the bottom gun once again-Randy Roberts, guns on the table, CHE & GHE, both 34". Also on the table a Salesman Sample provided by Mike Kobos which was a great addition.
5)Morris Bakers 28G DH
6)Morris Bakers 28G CH (I recall this as a C, could be wrong)
7)Close up of Mr. Halls pair of beauties.
8)L-R Mike Kobos, Jeff Kuss, Jim Hall
9)We even let the Fox boys in as evidenced by the presence of Mike Smith. I like this picture as Jim is trying to convince them he actually broke a 23 on the 5 stand with his newly acquired 510 smoothbore he's holding.

See you all at Rock Mountain :bigbye:
