Just got my barrels back from Breck Gorman and it was worth the wait. Turned an old 1895 DH 12 Ga in to the family heirloom it was meant to be. What say you?

Amazing!!
When I first saw those barrels months ago I honestly thought there was no hope for them!
What an incredible transformation!

Wow! How did he get rid of the pitting? Barrel wall thickness still thick enough to shoot?
Looks great!

With these and oil. Then wet and dry sandpaper and elbow grease.
I checked wall thickness along the way with a Hosford gauge. Didn’t go below 30 thousandths anywhere.
Lot of work. If it weren’t a family piece, I would have been tempted to send it back

Was this one of the sets of Parker barrels I saw in your shop the other day, Breck? If so, what an amazing transformation!
Well done.
