L. C. Smith hammers question

I have a question on L. C. Smith parts. Do they have ser. nos. on the parts like Parker. I have a set of hammers that are supposed to be L. C. Smith but are not stamped. I posted this question on there forum but when given code to post it kept kicking me off. Thomas
