Inherited this top lever hammer double that only says Parker on the side. It has laminated steel barrels and the serial number is 6462

It is not a Parker Brothers shotgun manufactured in Meriden CT.

Yours is an import brought to the USA to compete in the American market. Your Parker was likely made in Belgium and capitalized on the good Parker Bros. name... leaving off the "Bros." part of the trademark.

Dean is correct. The shotgun market a century ago was flooded with cheep Belgian guns with names that rode the back of fine English and American companies. The monetary value of your gun is very little. However having any gun passed down through the family for a 100+ years is priceless. Hang it on the wall were all can enjoy.
