240657 - A BHE with 24" 28 gauge barrels and an extra set of 24" .410 barrels - What a great woodcock gun that would be! :envy:

I must admit that I would make adjustments to my past social distancing from the short barreled guns fore that one.

Some past articles explain the ordering and manufacturing of this gun in detail. Dean, Dean, Dean, you had your chance back in October.

Back in 1991, Chadick's had the set for sale with a double page ad in The Double Gun Journal, Volume Two, Issue 4, pages 106 & 107.

Since I have no pockets that would be deep enough to hold the amount I’m sure would be asked for the little 28/410 set it’s a moot point to me ! Now with that being said I’d still like to have it or the J.C. Green set , but rest assured I know that’ll never happen .

Buy the pair in a severely distressed market, wait a few months for the selling price to be forgotten, advertise the 12-20 for what you paid for the pair. No fuss, no muss.
