Well this is a project in the works. A few years ago I decided I wanted some 20 ga. guns with 30” barrels. Started out getting a LC done and then moved on to this Ithaca I bought from Brian Hunt. The wood end is done. Now on to engraving.

John,
I was a mechanic, salvage yard, repair shop, body shop owner for 37 years. Wood and I are not in the same county. So I don’t know what’s on it.

You could call Kip and ask him :p It's looking good Bill. Is Bob S. going to do the engraving?

Beautiful!! That is a nicer piece of walnut than ever left Fall Creek Water Power Lot #6 on a Sousa Special or Dollar Grade.

Bill grill,
That is a very nice wood, I believe most of the stocks from the Fall Creek factory were American walnut.
I would be very interested to know who you will use for the metal work, I have a Field grade NID SST BTFE straight grip 410 that just needs something done to it. It was either sent back to the factory or done by someone else, the case colors are cyanide or something similar and it just isn’t right.
And Walt has nothing in his records on it, so I’ve been talking about upgrading it to a grade 6 or something similar.
