Hello David - Welcome to the PGCA Forum.
Your Parker 41989 is a 0-grade 10 gauge built on the size 3 frame with 30” Plain Twist barrels.
It looks like it was rode pretty hard.
I looked to see if I had a left hammer that matches yours but all I have is a right hammer.
I hope you don’t plan to shoot that gun before those barrels/bores/wall thickness have been given the green light by a QUALIFIED double gun expert.

Dean,
Thank you for the quick and thorough reply, its greatly appreciated!!! I knew it was a road warrior when i got it, but thrilled to have it nonetheless. I don't plan on shooting, it deserves to be retired. I would like to find a hammer for the gun and would appreciate any advice on finding a replacement. Again many thanks for the information.
Regards,
Dave

Dave Fejelline in California sells new hammers copied from originals . I bought a pair from him , if I’m not mistaken they’re $50 each . You should be able to google him and get contact info .

I have a pair of hammers bought from Dixie Gun Works that look very similar to the single hammer shown in your photos. I bought these many years ago. I have agonized over having to drill, file, and fit the squares to fasten the hammers to the lock plates. Because I bought these hammers so many years ago, I cannot speak to whether or not they are available, now, but suspect they would be.
I have a complete hammer Parker, serial # 69630, possibly "G" grade, with hammers. It has rebounding hammers. I have Parker serial #24846 lacking locks but otherwise all there. I have two actions, serial #33763, probably "G" grade, without locks, and serial #53592 with locks but no hammers. What does one do with this junk? i think, with very careful filing, I could make the lock plates I have fit #24846.
