Parker D3 frame screws

Just acquired 1907 built D3, 1 1/2, in very clean original condition. My problem is that the frame screws are not completely aligned with the barrels. They appear to be the original screws. The slots show very slight evidence of having been turned. Any suggestions are warmly welcomed.

Probably got put back in wrong holes. Take them out. Clean threads. Of the three, the one on the muzzle right, should have an X filed on the bottom.

Correction Breck,
Looking at the bottom of the gun the right screw will have a - on the bottom. Left will be blank.
The back screw will be long on early guns, it will have an X on later guns (when they went to all short screws.
