Federal shotun shells/Cabela's

Cabelas has their Federal Dove and Target Loads on sale for $4.97/ box, both 20 and 12 ga. Hard to reload much cheaper than that unless you put no value on your time. I like my 3/4 oz 20 ga reloads for clays, but will pick up a few cases of these for my fluid steel SXS's. I prefer Rem Gun Clubs to reload, so will just shoot and pitch these hulls.

Thanks for the heads up. Great trap loads. FYI I reload the top gun shells in 12 and 20's. One reload and toss.

Did anybody try to buy any of these yet--strange experience today. I went to Cabelas' this morning in Wheeling, a 15 min drive, the East coast distribution center is also here. My friend Mike was working the ammo dept, and when I showed him the online sale, he could not find it on the Cabela's website, nor were there any of the product available at the distribution center. He called the store manager over and showed him the email, but could find no account of the sale price. They did have Federal Top Guns in stock, and he offered me those at the sale price $4.97/ box. Picked up a few cases, but wondering if anybody else had an issue getting them.

I checked the website yesterday and found the shells category which said there was a sale but when I clicked to choose which one there were none there except for $6.99. The cases were also full price and did not mention a sale.
