In an October 15, 2010 post on the Parker Discussion Forum and in the latest edition of the Parker Pages, Winter 2010, Issue 4, an announcement was made regarding a call for nominations for the election of Directors in the spring of 2011.
The positions held by Allan Swanson, Charlie Herzog, and Tom Wooden expire in 2011. Charlie Herzog has also decided not to run for reelection. Therefore, Tom Wooden intends to run for reelection. Allan Swanson and Charlie Herzog do not intend to run for reelection.
Nominees for Director must be Life Members of the PGCA and be willing to run for election. If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else, please notify one of the three members of the Nominating Committee, Frank Sweeney at 214/341-9421 or franksweeney@msn.com, Jeff Kuss at 219/464-3822 or jkuss1@frontier.com, or Bill Mullins at 865/687-1111 or bmullins@cbww.com as soon as possible, but no later than January 5, 2011. Nominees will be required to furnish a brief biographical sketch no later than January 15, 2011 for publication in the Parker Pages and to accompany ballots mailed to Life Members.
