Dr. Hoover is one of the smartest people you will ever meet and knows more about the measurement of everything in universe, including shotgun gauges, than anyone I have ever had the pleasure of becoming acquainted with.

Richard Hoover also corresponded in depth with Austin Hogan, Bill Furnish and Charlie Price on identifying the rare 11 gauge Parkers.

Richard, is a brilliant man, his article in the June 1979 National Geographic, titled "Those Marvelous, Myriad Diatoms" confirms it! article is about single cell algae, diatoms and how they produce oxygen by photosynthesis. I am glad, he now can devote time to those 11 ga Parkers, Gary

Richard found diatoms in rocky meteorites. Diatoms are a silica based single cell life form that is common on earth and mined for filter media.

We are fortunate to have people such as Dr. Hoover among our members

Maybe he could help me figure out my Bore Master!

Mike, there is a CD on the Bore Master.

You could contact Bob Foege about how to use it... he invented it.
