Pamela and I spent the day exploring Northeast Michigan. Stopped in Bob’s Guns and he has a beautiful straight grip, 20/32 DHE in the rack. Beautiful example in relatively high condition. SSBP on the end of a rather pedestrian piece of walnut.

Cracks me up. Plenty of 870 Express and plastic stocked Mossbergs...and a sweet collection of Parkers.

I have no idea but I’m sure someone here probably does. Tag on the 20/32 is $22,800. Google “Bobs Guns Alpena, Michigan” and you will get the contact info. No website though.

Not sure how to spell his last but here is his contact www.bobsvintageguns.com. He has a few Parkers in his store. Loren

Bob has always had some nice Parkers for sale. Most of these are consignment guns.

When I was in there several years ago, there were some nice guns, but he was really proud of them, pricewise

Very proud. He used to attend the Tulsa show on a regular basis and may still do so. Always real proud.

He has never been afraid to ask top dollar and maybe a little more. The owner of these guns doesn't really care if they sell or not.

Pretty much my assessment as well. If someone is willing to write a check he will take it, but he doesn’t need to sell them.

Curious what a fair price for a straight grip, 20/32 DHE is since they are a very desirable configuration and pretty scarce.

I bought a BHE 32 inch straight grip at the Southern two years ago for a little more than the asking price of the DHE.

Bob had the blonde triplet C grades a few years back , all together in a single Huey case. 16, 20 and 28 if I remember correctly. His nice Parkers were consigned from Bill Sefton. I don’t think there was any need or hurry to sell .

I saw that set the first time I went there. Actually thought about that set yesterday when I was in there.

I didn’t ask the frame size on the 20/32 but I assume it is a 1-frame, not did I ask about the chamber length.

I have the hardest time remembering the positioning of those two vowels! Thanks Bill.
