Yup, we'll be there tomorrow, September 23, Thursday. Some of us are probably there today, getting the "worm". As Alan has instructed, the early birds should set up the tables and sweep out the leftovers from last year. I hope you can make it to the big show and especially the PGCA Annual Meeting and dinner. Everyone works very hard to make everything go as planned and we all have a good time as a result. Easton is a great little town with lots to do and lots to see.

When you are in downtown Easton, you may want to visit Jeff Pelayo's gallery at 26 W. Dover Street. He is a decoy collector, was the honored speaker at a PGCA dinner a while ago, and has a great gallery for those who like decoys, big guns, and waterfowl paraphernalia. He is a stone's throw from the gun store and Legal Spirits.

I'm arriving Friday AM about 7:30. Hope to catch up with a lot of you at the venue and at the PGCA Annual banquet. I'll be the quiet, shy and reserved guy you'll have to ask yourself "who was that guy?" ...

Ha Ha! Baltimore Washington International, a well kept secret, Southwest Airline hub, home of the $85 one way to Winter Vegas. It is about three traffic lights from my house.

Ok Eric but please take your time. I know quite a few people that can't wait to get that little 20 out on the sporting clays course.:bigbye:
Maybe we can get it well broken in before the weekend is over......:corn:
Count me in........I'll help out....
Hell, I'll donate 10 cases of ammo for you guys to run through the gun before Anderson gets it. How about a bottle of Grouse blood to splatter on it too. :rotf:
:cool:Hell Dave, Rich still thinks he is going to get it back......:rotf: I mean think about this Larry is getting the gun from Russ, I am getting it from Larry, also before that all of the people required to "test fire" it, it could easy get lost. I don't offer any promises, if he wanted the gun he should have had Russ send it UPS......UPS offers insurance, I don't.......:p
Hmm... Lets see now..After all that shootin at clay birds it probably should go to Vermont for some grouse huntin and then maybe...well who knows..Anderson should see it sometime around Janurary. He should really know better.....

No disrespect intended, but after reading the saga of cherished possessions being delivered by coveting third parties being rerouted as "Try Items" for the masses, I'd leave my "lovely bride" at a safe distance as well.

Richard,

I hate to leave Central Kentucky for anything durring Dove Season. This would have been the perfect year for me to go to Easton as I have only had five dove hunts and they were all in the first week of September. I sure miss seeing everyone and meeting all the new Parkerfiles.

So, who's "loaning" John D a gun THIS year???... Wonder if the NRA museum would mind me trying one of those "Invincibles"???

Just a thought??

Sure John, just tell them that I said it was "ok" for you to take all three for the weekend!

I understand Harry. It's the middle of duck season up here this time of year and it's too frozen to hunt them past the last weekend in Sept and most moose seasons closed three days ago. I'd still sacrifice them for one trip to Easton at some point...
