Drakes Landing/Quality Inn

Are the usual suspects staying at the Quality Inn in Fuquay-Varina again? There was some talk of going elsewhere. A good group of us including COB, ERic, Daryl, Tom, David, Buddy and last year David Boyles have been staying there. I was going to book my room , but wondered what others were doing.
I don't think my friend Mark will be coming this year.

The Quality Inn is a fine two-star motel. The reviews are interesting but not surprising.

It's not a bad place to stay, very close to Drakes and at way less than the $100+ for the Hampton. All you do is sleep there after all.

Nope, certainly not the Hilton, but the coffee is hot and black in the morning, the room has always been adequate, but the company is exemplary 4 star!! Since I am a self employed eye doctor, my practice looses money while I am away--no paid vacations for me, so I'll save a couple hundred bucks and enjoy myself by shooting more both at Drakes and the Southern. I have stayed in much, much worse places.
