I browsed their website and they have such a large selection. Too much to choose from. What's your preferred shell for trap, woodcock, grouse and pheasants in both 16 and 12 ga. ?

I shoot a lot of the 7&1/2's 16 bore spreader loads and they work great. I've been using the 7/8's oz. I just got an NID 12 bore Flues model grade 4 that I've shot a few hundred rounds of the spreader loads 1 full oz 7&1/2 on sporting clays and I'm excited to use them on quail and grouse this year.

A 7/8th oz of either #7 or 71/2 will do you fine in both the 16 and the 12.

Kurt,
I always like using the #7 in the right barrel and a #6 in the left barrel for hunting wild birds (pheasant and quail) in KS. These are the RST 2 1/2" 12 gauge loads 1oz loads. Late in the the season I switch to #5s on pheasant only hunts. As long as you buy a flat of 10 boxes, RST will let you mix up the shipment.

I have 2 3/4" chambers, so I use RST pheasant loads for my 12 gauge in #5 & 6 shot for pheasant, but looks like they no longer offer #6 shot ??

Great for turkey also.
