Im looking at a 12ga ghe with cut off Damascus barrels. It lloks like its been restocked with good for me dimensions. Id prefer steel barrels. What barrels could be fit on there and would the forend fit on the new barrels? It's hammerless

Parker ejector barrels of the same frame size and should be fitted by a Parker specialist.

Not to rain on your parade, but the cost of an orphaned set of barrels, plus fitting and probable refinishing of the barrels might be considerable, compared to the gun's basic value. Why not enjoy the existing barrels if their length is okay and they're safe to shoot?

Otherwise, go for your heart's desire!

I bought a set of 16ga 32 inch barrels a couple of years ago and to have Brad fit them to my existing GH to make a two barrel set was in the neighborhood of $600.

If you have a smith chosen to do the work, they should be able to advise on all of the questions that you may have about it.

Rich, were the barrels "free"?

I am anxious to hear Rich's reply to that one, I did buy a set one time for 200.00 but that was in 1956, Gary

That's a good one. They were advertised on the forum and up for bid. 16ga 0 frame Damascus 32 inchers. I had a GH 16 that was originally ordered as a two barrel set with 28 and 32's but only the 28's were with the gun when I bought it.
