Anyone planning to attend the Vintager shoot at Addieville tomorrow?

I would have if I had known about it!

I don't remember a thread about it and it's not on the forum calendar. I have plans to work around the yard but would have rather gone to Addieville. I think the weather should be good, rain is reported for the evening hours.

First I've heard about it too. But I'm usually the last to know.

Gents, below is a note from Melanie, Ray Poudrier's wife regartding the Vintager event today. This is a reminder note she sent out April 30 to the membership

Hello Vintagers,

We just got word from John Morin about the passing of Vintager Ron Kolodjiez, who was a regular at the Addieville Shoot. Apparently, his cancer had returned recently. There are no arrangements that I know of so far, but I will let you know when they are posted.

Our next event will be held at Addieville East Farm, Pheasant Drive, Mapleville, RI, on Friday, May 12. This is just after the Ruger Shoot, so targets could be very interesting!

The schedule will be as follows:

9 - 10 am - Check-in, payment, Continental breakfast and socialization. You may also wish to renew your membership for 2017 (if you haven't yet done so) $75/single, $120/couple.

10 - Noon - 75 sporting clays in squads

12 - 1 pm - Light lunch

1 - 3:30 pm - an additional 75 sporting clays

3:30 pm - hors d'oeuvre and BYOB

4:30 ish - Plated dinner

We should be finished by 6:00 pm or so.

Remember to save time to check out Robin Hollow Outfitters.

All meals will be provided by Chef Andy Lussier.

If you plan to attend, please respond via email or call (413) 339-5347, by Tuesday, May 9. If you must cancel after that, you may be responsible for the cost of the food.

Hope to see you there.

Melanie

I don't remember reading this entry.

I know it's way late but I took the liberty to put this event information in our forum calendar for those who may not read all threads.
