It appears that RST has departed from using the Federal made hull and is now solely using a hull which appears to be a Cheddite to me.
Has anyone had experience reloading this new hull and, if so, are the same loads compatible?

Have only been able to get cheddite since getting my 10. Started out with Pete's 700x load, now using the red dot 19 gr. he told me about at new years day shoot. Someone else there that day was also using them but i can't remember who.Shot about 500 of them, no problems and they stand up well.

I use the same load in all my 10ga hulls : Rem, Win, and Fed. They're all a straight walled hull as the Cheddite, and at the pressures we're reloading at I can't see a problem. 19 of RD or 21 of GD. But that's JMHO.

I use the 19 grain 1&1/8 oz Red Dot load in my Cheddite hulls. Either the Cheddite primer or Winchester. ( My average drop with MEC bushing is 18.6 grains) Load works very well. I also use this with Federal and Remington hulls. My 2 short ten's are not choked all that tight but they can break clays pretty far out there. Just a very nice low pressure load that works!
