Welcome to the Parker Gun website! You will find it to be a never-ending source of information on all things Parker. I would urge you to join the PGCA, and receive all the benefits of that membership, not the least of which is the rate on fascinating research letters for any Parker that may come your way....

All the best,
Dave

just wondering how many folks are from the southern MO or northern AR area from this website?
wondering where I should post a question to find out?

In 2015 there were 18 from MO and 9 from AR. I sorted the 2015 membership by state last year but didn't bother for 2016, that's how I know these numbers.

One of the benifits of joining the PGCA is a once a year publication of membership listing (unless you chose not to make your information public).

Joining the PGCA gets you this information, Parker Pages publication four times a year and access to the "for sale" PGCA forum web page and discounted Parker letters. Short money for some good benifits, you should think about becoming a member?

honestly, I don't have that many parkers to justify a membership, just the one.
but thanks none the less.
I was thinking more along the line of offering your members to come out to my place and hold a meet to make up for it. I'd be glad to have them all come by. I have a hay farm....but tucked away in the back corner is my private skeet/trap range with a small clubhouse that I use to practice. doesn't get much use. im only there twice a year. id be glad to have anyone come out for a weekend and shoot parkers and the likes.
who should I ask?

Hi, Bob,

Welcome! I'm from Northern MO near the IA line (north of Kirksville), and originally from VA (Williamsburg). I'm curious where your MO place is. I looked at your farm pictures. Very nice. What model is your Ford? I have an old '48 8N.

Thanks for sharing the pictures.

As a Former Member of the U.S. Navy Shooting Team you should join us and help us retain possession the Parker vs LC Smith Cup that occurs every April in Sanford, NC. You might like the vintage competitions.

thank you for the invite but im retired from competition.
like all shooting sports, it takes a commitment.
and at this point in life, putting one foot in front of the other is enough of a challange.
im in mo currently, rebuilding from the great mo floods of 2017.
if youve ever farmed, youd know what i mean.
but seriously, thank you for thinking of me.
