Rich, Eric, and I shot very well on Friday during the practice round.
Then Friday evening we found the Parker/RST Hospitality RV, along with the local watering hole. Had liquids for dinner that night, and the results showed Sat. morning. Anderson never said a word the first 4 stations, so that should give you an idea of how he felt.

I was shooter 65 if any one want's to know. The main problem is (thankyou Dave for giving me an excuss) I was not hungover:eek: but my mind was somewhere else.....Rich can blame the watering hole but I can't :banghead: On Sat. I just planned "Sucked"

But I still had more fun then I have had all year.....:)

Dave, you must have skipped a station as there were 120---not 110, sporting clays targets.

I don't know about you guys, but didn't you think that PR #2 was tough? I broke 14 of the 15 birds thrown but only had 3 come down within the ring. A fellow shooter on the same squad as myself broke all of them and he, too; only scored a 3.

A big "thank you" also needs to go out to Dave Miles for saving a friend of mine headaches, heartaches, frustration and money as he detected within seconds an internal crack at the head of the stock on a 12-ga. DHE he was considering purchasing. On behalf of my friend---thank you Dave!

The pigeon ring is the only thing I'll claim as I shot most of th targets and 6 were "dead" in ring #2 and 12 "dead" in ring #1 which put me in a multiple tie for second...or first loser:rolleyes:

Saturday was an especially tough day..thou shalt not over indulge in meaningfull refreshments the night befor you have to shoot 120 targets esp when you start at 9:30 am:nono:

On Friday I just crushed the targets on the 5 stand course with a newly adopted CHE 16:)

Hey Dave,

I post a full set of photos in a couple days. I Have to catch up on work and home chores first!

I shot my Big Friend Ten and posted a 89 in Sporting Clays. Not bad for that ol' man. Being an extractor gun I had to leave ol BFT behind for the Flurry and Pigeon Ring, Boy did I miss that gun there!!!

It is still quite beyond me how a wiry guy like Mark can wield a ten-pound ten gauge on a sporting clays course and smash clays like we witnessed at Hausman's and now here we see it again at the Yooper's...
