Hotel arrangements for the annual meeting are as follows:

The PGCA is joining the Beinfeld Productions block for group room rates for the show at the Westgate Resort. Westgate is a nice hotel and a huge step up from the Riviera.

To book your room, follow the link here:

https://aws.passkey.com/event/148887...r/3453/landing

The hotel offers three levels are rooms - they are priced at $75 per night for a base room, $95 per night for the mid-level rooms, and $165 per night for the Concierge level rooms. I stayed at the mid-level room last year and found it to be quite satisfactory.

If booking separately, please mention the code "SAA7R" for the group room rate. We suggest booking your rooms (a 50% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking) sooner rather than later as the hotel will sell out.

Additional table and banquet info is forthcoming! Viva Las Vegas!

Kevin, I searched for the video and found nothing. Do you have a link saved?

Hey Guys - Check out YouTube ("Riviera Implosion", etc.) there are 3 or 4 great videos of it coming down complete with a massive fireworks display.

Booked my room tonight. Will drive up early with my wife on the 19th. Glad to have this event out West. Looking forward to meeting Parker members in person, and attending the annual meeting. May bring a few Parkers with me.
With events like this there are always things that need to be done. Please let me know how I might be able to assist.

Louis Parker and I are bringing our wives and thinking(knowing) that hanging around a bunch of musty old guns and guys is not their idea of a great couple of days- is there any thought to offer a list of things for them to do?
My wife is bringing her golf clubs so I know she will pursue that.

I've been told there are 15 women or more that are going to be at the banquet. I don't know of any activities for the women to do other than to shop:shock: visit the strip, and gamble:banghead:

The Westgate hotel is the last stop on the monorail that goes along the strip and a very short walk to the entrance of the hotel. It's fast, clean, and runs on time. You can buy a one all day pass or multiples of days either online or at the monorail station. For transportation to and from the airport to the hotel, you can use Bell Transportation or the Super Shuttle. Get the transportation online to save time. You get the shuttles outside at the baggage claim area.

George,
Check the forecast before you go to the effort of dragging you clubs cross country. Vegas in January can be a bit chilly. There is a very nice spa at the Venetian and the shopping and good food is abundant on the strip. The monorail is the best choice and very easy/safe to use. Taxi's are about like riding in NYC. Bring lots of money and all of your credit cards and your wife will have a good time. I take this approach and my better half is always happy to leave me at the gun show with the "crusty old guys".

George I just found and purchased a Spa special from Groupon for my wife at the Trump Hotel spa.
I am thinking this will be the best $289.00 investment I have made in awhile. Massage, facial, manicure and pedicure.
This should keep my wife busy for half a day anyways.
