and if you are going to pay by check- don't forget to put "thank you" as a coupon code to get the non-cc discount

not that I would forget such a simple thing

Just a heads up to the folks who like Nice Shot to reload for waterfowl...

The wisdom of this product's name depends on your perspective. I'm not sure that a mallard or teal would consider it very "nice"...

Sorry. No ill intended. I just couldn't resist the thought.

The Nice shot folks have a link to RST for loaded shells but when you follow it, the RST site says out of stock- JUST LIKE ALWAYS.

Ordered up a couple of boxes yesterday. Interesting thing on their website - they can't/won't take a credit card on the net - they accepted my order, and said they would call to take my credit card. Interesting.

its a minimalist website - not secure and they most likely would rather not pay CC fees,

they give a discount for paying by check - place the order with a note saying you are sending a check- it works for me

Charlie. The shot is $39.60 a pound. Less a little for paying by check

My 6 pound order had a little over $10 discount

Not cheap but let's me use the old guns

Charlie - I ordered two boxes (10 shells each) for $62, plus about $12 for shipping. May be a slight discount if I pay by check.

Does anyone know what their 12 gauge 2 3/4" shells generate, pressure-wise ?

I just talked with them. He did offer "Do you want standard or low pressure?" Didn't ask what the specific pressures were. I went with the low pressure stuff

I just spoke with Nice shot also and he said low pressure was around 7000psi and the normal round was around 9000 plus.
I also went with the lower and they are still at 1200 plus ft per second.

Sounds like Dan made a few call backs this evening. I spoke to him as well.

The BB and 4's are from the old warehouse that is new old stock. He's making shot at his farm but needs dies for different sizes. So if you're interested in this shot size, I'd recommend you jump on it now before they're gone.
