25 Murray St. New York. I believe this is where the Parker Bros. NYC showroom was at one time. Pricey condos at that.

Depending on what part of the ad you read, the building was either built in 1830 or 1930. Earlier today, one of the suites had 420 rooms but only 2 bedrooms. I'll bet that a good lawyer would be able to set us up for about $125.00 a month. The listers don't seem to be in control.
