I came across some Parker Bros reloading tools and this clock was in the box. It's marked 'Parker' on the clock face. Does anyone know if Parker Bros made these? Thanks, Chrishttp://i625.photobucket.com/albums/tt333/cd4dallas/Parker%20Alarm%20Clock_zpswyhgufld.jpg (http://s625.photobucket.com/user/cd4dallas/media/Parker%20Alarm%20Clock_zpswyhgufld.jpg.html)

The Charles Parker Co made them. They also owned Parker Bros Shotguns and manufactured lamps and hardware items.

Yes, that is a Parker alarm clock that is seen from time to time. One just like it was recently sold on ebay just last week.
The "Parker" in the diamond is the Charles Parker Co. Marking used on their clocks. Or they will sometimes have the Charkes Parker Co. Meriden, CT marking on it. Usually around the bottom side of the dial.

Mine is right twice a day. I am very sure these little clocks were not made by Parker, but by one of the many clock companies in the Bristol, Ansonia, Waterbury, Terryville, Thomaston areas of CT, where they made clock movements, and completed clocks for others.

I have one of Parker's oak mission style tower alarm clocks. It runs nice. I got it finely adjusted to where ot keeps time pretty well. But it is very loud and only holds a wind for about a day and a half.
I suppose if it was your primary clock and using it for an alarm, you woild just get in the habbit of winding it every day when you wake up or something.

I have a Parker alarm clock that I use when I want to make sure I get up. It works and does the job.

Terry, There was a Parker clock works building in Meriden. It is now a gas station. Not sure if they built the actual clocks there or if it was a shipping/warehouse.

It was common practice to buy clock and watch movements (ebauche)and finish them off with the company name. The plates of my little clock are marked 'Ansonia'.
