Two questions:
(a) When did Rem. start putting work codes on the bbl. flats? (like the 1st Parker work done at Ilion or was there a lapse before it started?)
(b) If a Parker owner sent his gun to Rem. for a 2nd set of bbls. in addition to the original set would the new bbls. have the Rem. codes on them? In other words, did a new set of Rem. bbls. merit a work code stamp on them? If so, what circumstances would there be no work codes on a set of Rem./Parker bbls.?

Remington began using date code stampings in 1921 - thirteen years before aquiring the Parker Gunworks. The fact that Remington was already stamping all of their guns before 1934 would seem to indicate that the first Parkers that left Remington would have been stamped.

Agree with Dean.
In answer to (b)- when a second set of bbls was added during the Remington years, BOTH sets would receive the current repair code date XY3.
It would be unusual for there to be no work codes on a set of bbls from Remington, unless they were the original bbls in which case instead of repair code- XY3- they would have build date- XY
