I found the article below that describes the Parker display at the 1897 Sportsman's Exposition at the Madison Square Gardens (LA84 Foundation). I am sure many of you have read this article before. "These cases were placed on a neatly decorated base, over the centre of which a pretty banner was suspended bearing an inscription, "The Parker Gun." In addition to the two cases was a revolving rack, which was surmounted with a large American eagle with extended wings. "
I also found a overview photo of the Exposition in the Hagley Collection. I enlarged the photo and I believe I see the referenced American Egale and two display cases. The display cases to the right could be another exhibitor. Oh well fun to do the detective work on these old guns. Thought some many be interested.
