Trap gun?

Saw a Parker yesterday that is interesting,DHE 12 ga. vent rib looks right,no case colors but clean engraving,steel brlls also look good, replaced beavertail forarm, and replaced stock.Supposed to see it again today and will get s# and hopefully pictures. Is this a rare or interesting configuration ? Enough so that it would be worth replacing wood?

Depending on what you buy it for, it would be well worth investing the money to make it right. Obviously getting a letter on it to confirm the oriignal configuration would be the first place to start and if any work is done, it should be done to the letter.
