Had my guns out oiling them today and realized I had never taken a pic of them all side by side.

The gun at the top is my first quality shotgun- A 1961 pigeon grade 12 gauge superposed that I had wanted to get for a very long time. 28" barrels.

Under that is my DH Damascus Parker 12 gauge on a 1 frame with 28" barrels made in 1891.

Under that is the 32" 12 gauge on a 1 1/2 frame VH made in 1922

Last but not least is my most recent acquisition a 28 " 12 gauge Trojan on a 2 frame made in 1925.

Included an extra shot of the wood for some of you. The Superposed may not show up as well, but it has some fine wood on it.

A 28" hard butt 1961 Pigeon Grade Super is a great find. The Parkers are nice too.

Thanks. It was my first official entry into double guns. Its a joy to shoot, though quite different feel than a side x side.

I have always thought the 30s era Long Range model would be nice to have, just because of the size difference, but have not managed to find one yet.
