Hi guys! Thank you so very much for your thoughts and prayers! I am truly grateful for each and every one of you. Y'all just don't know how happy my heart is knowing I have people like you in my corner. I will be at Forest Park Medical Center in Southlake, Tx on Monday. They are hoping it will be something they can send me home to recover but may have to more in depth surgery once in. If that is the case, I will update you guys and let you know either way. Anyone have any updates?

Hi!!! I had another visit to the hospital today. My oncologist was concerned about a lump near the incision on my belly and had a lot of pain but she said the Pain is from scar tissue being messed with and they did extensive work and scraping in that area to remove any potential threat remaining. No word on biopsy yet but to me no news is good news. Dr said my post of blood work looks waaaaaaay better than my pre op. Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers. Love you guys!

Hello everyone! Pathology came back and the masses were BEGNIGN! Woo hoo! I was released to go back to work so I can keep my household afloat. I go back this Monday with light duty. Unfortunately Bills don't stop just because I have to lol! Blood work is looking good and dr is confident he's gotten everything. As long as my blood work keeps improving he doesn't want to press further with any treatment other than pain management. I'm still very sore, bloated and tired but I'm SO blessed! Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers

In no way am I a "HERO" but thank you! I'm just a gal from Texas who has a LOT of fight and spunk who won't let anything keep me from smiling and steal my happy attitude. There are people fighting worse battles than I could ever imagine, than I am. So, with that being said, I'm so very sorry for your loss and your beautiful wife is MY hero for fighting and smiling each and every day. Thank you for sharing that with me! I can only imagine her there with my mom, dad, nana and pawpaw smiling down on us! I'm blessed and grateful to have all of you and your words of encouragement and prayers!
