Serial number says it is a 1926 vintage 12 gauge. 28" barrels. Choked F/IM I believe.

Barrels are overload proof marked, weigh in at 4lb. There is some decent CC on the water table and under the forearm. checkering is in decent condition from what I can tell. Barrels are still blue but are faded a little. Buttplate is there.

Little chip gone at the toe. Bores are clean. Action is a little patina, gun has some honest wood knocks from hunting.

Screws look good, and for the price I am very happy with it. Need to oil it and remove some of the copious amounts of black grease a former owner put on the forearm piece and where the forearm and the hinge connect.

Very happy with this and the price I got it for.

I really like that red tone stock.
I have a Trojan and A VH.
The Trojan Has incredible custom stocks and has been blued. Would have been nice if Case Hardened but that's the way I got it.
My VH had the(almost) ugliest wood I could imagine on a Parker. I had to refinish it with some red toned stain.

Decent gun Bill. Get some proper screws in that buttplate if you get the chance.

Yeah I wasn't sure on the screws for butt pad. Thought Trojan might have had some different ones. But for $600 I am not that concerned. If I find some I will get them.

If I can't find some authentic ones, would these be the right ones to order from csmc?
