Youth Turkey Weekend in Vermont

I didn't place this in the "Hunting With Parkers" subforum because these turkeys were'nt taken with Parkers.

These girls are the daughters of some very good friends and their Dads are consummate hunters... it's no wonder the girls filled their tags when the birds flew down on opening morning.

Definitely a reason to be proud!

Our youth hunt opens May 1st here in Utah. I'm taking my 13 year old grandson on his first turkey hunt. I sure hope he gets a chance to pull the trigger.
