The gun is a customers gun. I posted pics by request by the customer. There is a future story pending so I can't post complete pics. This gun had a very hard life, we had to pull out all of the stops to save it. Last year the gun was posted on the sight by Barry Tufts. Dean Romig had a chance to See it in its prior state. By the way the Bores are mint.

Amazing Brad.

This is Tom Carter's 1881 Quality 6 / $225 Grade 10g ordered as a "Donation to N.Y.S.A., Special Prize 1881 N.Y.S.A., For Protection of Fish & Game" with 6 Iron

Gary Carmichael's 1879 Quality 5 with very similar 6 Iron, and possibly the earliest tubes sourced in Belgium.

Ah yes! You've done a fantastic job Brad (as usual) and I must say, I've been waiting with bated breath for you to complete your magic on this old beauty. Wail til you all read the history of this gun, everyone. I have alluded to a bit of its history from time to time here on the forum without mentioning the serial number.
Barry Tufts is a dentist on Boston's "South Shore" and when he first posted about this gun on this site I contacted him asking if I would be allowed to see/handle the gun. I went to Barry's office and we put the gun under the 'operating light' there in one of his chairs and we examined every aspect of the gun. I was in a state of disbelief at such incredible engraving and the DD Damascus pattern. It was then truly amazing but there was thin rust over much of it... but now it is truly fantastic.
The lady who owns this Parker is a very lovely person whom it was a pleasure to meet.

Thanks for showing us this wonderful treat Brad.
