We're the subject shotguns built with straight pistol grip butt stocks, ie no pistol grip. If so were the guns relegated to specific dates, options, etc.. I'm considering the purchase and wonder if it's been modified. Thanks for your response.

Added info for shotgun is--serial 177672.

Are you perhaps suggesting that a trap shooter may have altered a gun from factory specs??? :banghead: Frankly, I'm aghast! I'd be interested to hear the esteemed Mr. Murphy's retort on that line of thinking.

Toolman and I are both amazed at the number of single traps that still remain in original condition.
